Convention Details for Travel Booking
May 20-22, 2025
Arrival to Miami (MIA)
- Please arrive to the hotel by 6:00 PM on May 20th, 2025.
- May 21st from 8 am to 2.30 pm = Conference & lunch
- From 2.30 to 6.30 pm = Flight Simulator @AAS
- From 6.30 to 11.30 pm Cocktail dinner
Registration Process
- Please COMPLETE this form by April 20th, 2025
- Click on REGISTER
- FINALIZE the registration by clicking the link on the confirmation email
- A few days before the event, you will receive a link to the exclusive “Regional Air Connectivity Summit” website with detailed event information.
Flight Information
You are responsible for booking your flights. Schedule your arrival for May 20th, 2025, and departure for May 22nd, 2025
Transportation
Car rental is not necessary. Transportation between the airport and hotel, as well as during convention activities, will be provided.
Lodging
The meeting will be held at Hotel EAST HOTEL 788 Brickell Plaza, Miami, Florida 33131
Rooms are booked for all registered attendees taking care of by Organization Team:
- Extended Stay: Additional pre- and post-event nights are available at this rate on a first-come, first-served basis at your own expense (Rate: Run of House guestroom at $295 ++ taxes and fees, max two occupants per room).
